myTorch Development Platform
1. Introduction
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and [mytorch] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the myTorch development and execution platform
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
The Service provides Users with the ability to execute myTorch operations on cloud-based GPU infrastructure without local GPU configuration. Our system transparently routes GPU operations from your local environment to our cloud infrastructure and returns the results to your local environment.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
a) Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
b) Be solely responsible for your code, data, and any other materials you use with our Service.
c) Maintain appropriate security measures to protect your access credentials.
d) Not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or objectionable purposes.
e) Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or bypass any aspects of the Service.
f) Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or any third-party data contained therein.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
5. Limitation of Liability

We process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data or code. However, you grant us the right to process, transfer, and store your data as necessary to provide the Service.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
